To
submit a session for consideration for HHP / CA’s Annual Conference please
complete our submission form linked below. You will receive a copy of
your submission sent to the email address you provide in this form. If
you do not receive a copy of your submission, the session did not get submitted
correctly.
Note: HHP / CA does not pay
speaker honorariums. Do not submit sessions where the speaker
requires a fee. Selected presenters receive
complimentary conference registration. All other expenses are on
your own. The dates for the conference are May 2-4, 2024, at the
beautiful Doubletree by Hilton Sonoma Wine Country, Rohnert Park, California.
In
order to complete this submission, the following will be required:

Session title
·
Three learning objectives – In order to
receive Continuing Education Credits for your session, the State of California
requires a minimum of 3 (three) Learning Objectives. The Learning
Objectives must be direct, related, or indirect patient/client care. Course
content shall not focus on equipment, devices, or other products of a
particular publisher, company, or corporation. For more information

Session description – Please share your
knowledge with colleagues. This opportunity should not be presented
as a sales pitch.

Speaker name and email address – If you are
having a panel discussion, please submit information on all speakers. Ensure
all speakers are available to present.

All secondary speakers must be
submitted to HHP / CA no later than December 1, 2023, for final
approval. In the unlikely event speakers have not been finalized by that
date, HHP reserves the right to cancel your presentation.
